Compu Dynamics Modular Launches Scalable Modular AI Infrastructure Platform for Next-Gen Data Centers

Compu Dynamics Modular (CDM), a specialized provider of high-performance AI data center infrastructure solutions, announced the launch of its expanded modular infrastructure portfolio on Tuesday. The new platform is designed to rapidly deploy high-density power, cooling, and compute capacity through repeatable infrastructure building blocks tailored for AI training, inference, and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads.

The announcement comes at a time when next-generation GPUs are driving rack densities toward hundreds of kilowatts per rack, placing unprecedented pressure on traditional data center design and construction timelines. As power and thermal demands escalate, operators are increasingly seeking prefabricated, factory-built solutions that can accelerate time to market without compromising on resilience or scalability. CDM's new portfolio directly addresses this industry shift by productizing reference architectures into repeatable modules that integrate IT white space with right-sized power, hybrid direct-to-chip liquid and air cooling, safety controls, and supporting electrical systems.

Designed and built in the United States, the portfolio extends from a compact 750 kW All-In-One Module through 1.5 MW and 3 MW configurations to a 5 MW to 6 MW Turnkey AI Factory. The repeatable architecture allows customers to deploy right-sized capacity today and expand toward 10 MW, 15 MW, 50 MW, and larger AI campuses as compute requirements grow. This tiered approach is intended to give operators a clear pathway from edge-scale deployments to hyperscale campus environments.

The portfolio includes four core offerings. The 750 kW All-In-One Module is a compact, self-contained solution integrating IT, power, and cooling within a single deployable footprint, designed for AI edge inference, sovereign edge computing, and space-constrained deployments. The 1.5 MW Base Module serves as the foundational building block, pairing high-density IT white space with a dedicated 2 MW critical power module and hybrid cooling for enterprise AI deployments, colocation expansion, and phased campus growth. The 3 MW AI Modular Solution consists of two physically connected 1.5 MW base modules forming a contiguous data hall supported by two dedicated 2 MW power modules, engineered for mid-scale AI training, private GPU clouds, and high-volume inference environments. At the top of the range, the 5 MW Turnkey AI Factory delivers 5 MW of nominal IT load scalable up to 6 MW, supporting configurations up to 64 high-density IT and network racks depending on workload and rack power requirements, and features a resilient 4-to-make-3 electrical architecture with 8 MW of installed UPS capacity, designed for hyperscale campuses, foundation model training, and wholesale AI colocation environments.

Across the entire portfolio, CDM employs a standardized engineering architecture built for the thermal and power demands of next-generation AI hardware. The platform supports hybrid air and direct-to-chip liquid cooling, resilient electrical topologies, dynamic load stabilization, and vendor-neutral integration with leading chip, IT, power, and infrastructure OEMs. By combining comprehensive in-house engineering and manufacturing capabilities with an extensive national partner network, CDM delivers fully integrated, factory-tested modules built for rapid site installation, Level 5 commissioning, and ongoing lifecycle support.
